Breakfast treat?
Yesterday morning, my papa told me that he's giving me a treat. So, off we went before 8am, because we have to be home before the cleaning aunties come at 9am.
Hmm... While listening to the sound of water flowing down the tiny "waterfall" in front of me, Claire-claire wonders what my papa has in store for me.
Finally, my treat arrived! My mama calls it hotcakes. Claire-claire tried it and after three mouthfuls, Claire-claire had enough. Well, Claire-claire thinks that the usual "Ba-chor Mee" (Minced pork noodles) is much yummier.
Mmm...Orange juice. My papa finally gave me my treat at the end of our outing!

Beyond 100th Percentile
At 18 months and 3 weeks, Claire-claire is 13 kg and 84cm. Dr Tan told my papa and my mama that in terms of height, Claire-claire is on the 97th percentile. This means that only 3% of babies my age are taller than me. In terms of weight, Claire-claire is beyond the 100th percentile. To put it simply, Claire-claire is over-weight.
Dr Tan told my papa and my mama that after Claire-claire turns two, the fat cells in my body will be permanent.
My papa is in shock. My mama is in denial. Hopefully, this means that Claire-claire will be able to enjoy after-meals milk-milk for just a while longer.

Welcome home, Papa!
On Saturday, we went to the airport to fetch my papa home. As we were early, my mama brought Claire-claire to watch aeroplanes land at the viewing gallery. Hmmm.. is my papa in that plane?
When my papa's plane landed, we went to the Arrival Hall. Claire-claire tried to help by checking which belt my papa would be at.
Papa's plane must have landed at the wrong place because Claire-claire waited for a very, very long time before he appeared. My mama said that papa's there, but Claire-claire can't find him. Papa, where are you?

Keeping the sun at bay
Quiet moment
My mama is quite proud that she got a picture of me, enjoying a rare quiet moment of fish-watching with my Ye-ye.
But after the camera clicked (loudly), Claire-claire spun around and starting running around again!
